Utilising a series of old maps of the Carribean we found in a bookstore, we scanned and combined them into a background and finished it with a vintage inspired wash and colour. The palm and sailboat paintings we included needed to both fit perfectly but also look as if they were an addition. The overall post-production wash brought all the elements together beautifully. 

We were fortunate enough to shoot this in the Carribean on Curacao - the perfect spot for the print and collection.
